DELAYS TO INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Unfortunately there are currently some delays to international deliveries as a result of changes to the Customs systems in the UK and Europe which has created a backlog of shipments for customs clearance.   These delays are impacting on all courier services and are outside their control. 

If you have tracking information for your delivery please continue to check with the courier service for updates on any delays to your delivery as we are not able to provide any more accurate or updated information.

If you do not have tracking information please contact our customer services team who can give you the information you require to track with the courier services.

We apologise for any delays you may experience but are assured that the customs authorities are working to clear the backlogs as quickly as possible.
