Refund policy
We accept the return of an item(s) purchased from us up to 30 days from day of receipt for a full refund.
Returns which meet these criteria will be eligible for a full refund. Any returns received outside of these dates can only be refunded by credit note or gift card.
To return an item to us please e-mail support@earthlets.com to register your intention to return items to us and the reason for your return.
In the UK we have partnered with Royal Mail to make it easy click this link to organise your return
Items should then be packaged securely with details of your name, address and order number.

Please note all postage and delivery costs for returns are at the buyers expense. Please ensure you keep a receipt for proof of return. You may be charged for Outbound delivery charges where an order qualified for a free delivery. Uber Shop Ltd cannot be liable for any items returned to us without proof of postage which fail to be delivered back to our warehouse.
No refund can be issued until the item(s) have been delivered back to the M2 Innovate Ltd warehouse.
Damaged or faulty goods
On the rare occasion that an item is delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, please ensure you sign for the item as damaged with the delivery driver. Please email us with your order number, order name, images of any damage to the item and an explanation of the fault. Any delivery that is received damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt so any problems can be rectified.
We are unable to make a claim with the courier after 48 hours of receipt. This time frame must be adhered to when making a claim for a damaged delivery item(s).
Any faulty items must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.
If you are ordering a present in advance, please ensure the above terms are followed and the item(s) delivered are checked immediately to avoid disappointment. All items must be checked within 48 hours of receipt. After this time frame a claim cannot be made.
Refunds
Once your order has been returned to us a refund will be issued accordingly. The refund can take up to 7 working days from receipt to be issued during busy periods, however we always aim to have the refund issued within 1 working day on receipt of the goods.
In order for a refund to be issued, the return must be clearly labelled inside the parcel with the order number and delivery name. Without this we cannot identify who the return is from and the refund will be delayed.
